With deep roots in the Townsville region and strong industry experience, Paul leads TW Screens with a clear commitment to quality, reliability and customer-first service. As Managing Director and Owner, he oversees all aspects of the business — from strategic growth and operations to team development and customer satisfaction. 

Paul’s journey with TW Screens reflects both entrepreneurial spirit and a dedication to community service. He stepped into the leadership role to evolve the company’s offerings, expand its reach across Townsville and the wider Burdekin region, and ensure that every customer receives durable, secure and stylish solutions for their homes and businesses. Under his guidance, TW Screens continues to deliver high-performance products including Crimsafe security screens, aluminium doors and windows, shower screens, wardrobe solutions and custom glass services.

Prior to leading TW Screens, Paul built a strong network of professional relationships and industry knowledge through his earlier roles and ongoing engagement with clients and partners across North Queensland. He brings practical expertise and a solutions-focused mindset to every project — whether it's enhancing home security, improving energy efficiency, or maximising the lifespan and performance of glazing and screen installations.
